Since announcing its impending closure, the Phantasy Nightclub and Theatre has slowly liquidated its rock ‘n’ roll assets.

When Death of Samantha and the Floyd Band play the final concert at the club on Sept. 2, four of the historic theater’s chairs will be sold.

Prior to that last hurrah, the club will hold one last “Phlea” market and tag sale.

At the sale, which takes place on Sunday, the club will sell items from the Symposium, the Chamber and the Phantasy.

“There will be more of everything, and we will be wheeling and dealing to move stuff, come on out!!!” reads the Facebook post about the event, dubbed the Phinal Phabulous Phantasy Phlea. It takes place from noon to 5 p.m.
