Having just moved to Cleveland from Chicago, I'm sorry to have to say that I agree. I love a good come back story and I'm really pulling for Cleveland. If this city wants to be considered a world class destination, they are going to need to step it up quite a bit. I've been out to many of the places mentioned in the article and in most cases the service was apathetic, slow, or disorganized. Hoping it's just growing pains.
