This pic snapped by Alexa from Cleveland’s a Plum shows the sleazy STD-on-wheels operation parked on W. 9th outside Anatomy last night. It’s been sighted around town the last couple of days, cruising around Cleveland in its never-ending quest for women under the influence and out of control. No word on if it’s sticking around for the weekend, but it can surely be found anywhere self esteem can’t.
