Governor John Kasich has gone above and beyond the call of duty in putting Ohio in the national spotlight in his first year in office. Unfortunately, it’s been mostly for things like this:

Politico’s “Top 10 political blunders of 2011” devotes nine slots to national political snafus and the slapstick comedy that is the Republican presidential primary race. But it reserves a single choice spot for what it apparently considers 2011’s worst state-level blunder: SB 5.
Says Politico,
John Kasich wasn’t the only Republican governor to push this year for a law reforming public-employee unions. He was the only governor to push for a restrictive new labor law in a heavily industrial, unionized state, where acts of the Legislature can be annulled by popular referendum.
That’s what happened to the Ohio governor’s law this fall, when Democrats and organized labor easily repealed the law known as Senate Bill 5. Like many governors, Kasich has a bruised approval rating thanks to his clashes with big labor. Unlike other governors, he doesn’t have a tangible accomplishment to show for it.

Can we somehow get JK to debate with some Occupy Cleveland people at the City Club? Or debate with anyone who is not on the Wolfe and Dispatch payroll? He keeps telling us he knows what is best for Ohio but I ain’t seeing it. Ego dudes like JK get in the way of progress. Does he still have his eye on the presidency of the USA? Maybe he and that waterboarding lady could hook up. Or maybe he and hang-em-high Sahra. Or maybe he and Cain and Able could run the country. Or Ricky and him could execute the whole criminal population. Or maybe you could give Dicky another by-pass and he and JK could make things right. Or he and Eye of Newt could brew up a solution for the next decade. Am I wrong to think that the republican party has taken insane politics to a whole new level? I think I would rather go back to Nixon running that party than the numbskulls of today. Did America become more stupid or did I get smarter? These fuckers scare the shit out of me…and I’m fearless.
Kasich cost the State of Ohio way too much money on his personal home alone – over $400K. Thanks to the taxpayers, he has a new roof. Hmmm, wonder how I can get the taxpayers to pay for my new roof? We won’t talk about the job losses and other fiasco’s that are attached to him. I’m so glad I didn’t vote for him. Well, Ohioans couldn’t give Strickland the time needed to correct TWELVE YEARS of Taft rule. They’re paying for their voting blunder now. IDIOTS.
Kasich is yet another reason why NE Ohio needs to secede from the rest of this mostly-hick state. Fuck him and fuck the Ohio GOP.
lakewood..why not just take back the state of Ohio? It will be easy. First: Expose the Dispatch and the Wolfe Family as a monopoly on the media and as an extension of the republican party. The FFC can not continue to grandfather this monopoly. Second: Restore the PD to a less republican controlled paper or put it out of business. Third: Debate Kasich and the GOP every day and expose their false and control-freaked out ideas. Fourth: Run for office via the Green Party against the republican party at every juncture. Fifth: Support the Occupy Cleveland and Columbus movements along with the OWS leaders.

What a difference one year can make for a city or a state or a country or a world. In today’s world of politics it is much easier to see who you are against, than who you are for. One of the first things you need to do when seeing who you are against, is to decide who is as close to opposite to your (good) you. The good you is the one who is for people and their rights. It is all about people, folks, always was always will be. I don’t care if you become a multi-billionair, if you use your money against the people you are nothing. This is what the Occupy Movement is all about–educating the public on how far we have gone to give a handful of billionairs and their followers all of the money and power in our entire country. I watched it happen..hell, I helped it happen.
Our businesses were different thirty and forty, fifty and sixty years ago. We still had some great communicaters in leadership positions, and they had to run things from a more reasonable point of view. When the almighty dollar started to trump reason and human concerns our businesses went to hell. There has been at least fifty years of lawyer and MBA, Accountant and CEO rule. If you take all but the money out of business it becomes worthless and sterile and ugly…sitting in giant buildings with some ego-maniac spitting demands and plans against the people of the USA and the world. That is essentially what you do you know? When you use money as a weapon and a prying tool. You have made war upon the people. You may think you are excersising your rights and all that bs, but you are plain and simply going against us each time you abuse the power of the money which you rented from the people. Sound like communism? Well that is what the far right politics will tell the world if you ever try to help give people rights instead of take them away.
Ohio is a perfect example of how politics can take over a state and sell it to the biggest and most greedy and money oriented businessmen they can find. Couple that with the complete control of the state media and you have a marriage made in hell. Everything will be seen as a way to get more wealth and power and continue to maintain a knuckle-tight grip on the freedoms of the people. To use the media to make the wealthy control-freaks look good and the people look bad has reached a whole new level in the USA. And Ohio.
When I first began to see the CEO worship which is done by money oriented men I nearly quit my job as a salesman. The closer I got to the top the more greed and anger toward the people did I hear and see. Bottom line deals which have fringe benefits of punishment included. Once you have a ton of money it seems men begin to use it more and more in a bottom line fashion, and thus even the best of them often resort to money forcing people in line tactics. Once it becomes a pattern it is used more often. Power becomes corrupt and the one time ok leader becomes a greedy and angry prick.
If we understand the main problem, then how can it get changed? This is a good question and one which has an answer. Change is the answer, yet the 1% money oriented rulers like things just the way they are. They clawed their way to the top and now they deserve to claw some more from a more advatages position. Each and every negotiation in their empty lives is made of money and leverage of money and punishment with money. It is their job to give it and take it as they deem necessary.
Like spoiled little creeps they scream, ‘It’s my money and I’ll do as I please with it!’ Then they will go on with some lecture as to all the people who fucked them when they were first getting involved in the business. They will tell these stories of shrewd and cunning behavior on their part which taught him or her a lesson. They will toot their horn for hours with stooges listening, yet again, to the same old self praising bull shit. Then the stooges start to worship the win-loose way in which the great CEO always wins.
Perpetuation becomes natural and the stooges conduct themselves in the same win-loose method of negotiation which the worshipped CEO teaches to them. The final result of this negative and commonly used behavior is that it perpetuates because of the money and the control which money can give. This behavior is always of the male ego even when a female is behaving this way.
