While we applaud Governor John Kasich for attempting to have a sense of humor, making an SB5 joke while signing a prescription abuse bill in front of members of Solace Surviving Our Losses, all who are holding pictures of deceased relatives they have lost to prescription drug abuse, might not be the best venue for a funny.
