A naked man was found wandering the streets of Willowick yesterday, foaming at the mouth and screaming incoherently.
An officer just happened to be in the right place at the right time and immediately tried to help the 21-year-old man. According to the News-Herald, the man continued to yell and scream while warding off the patrolman’s advances. The officer soon pulled out the ol’ stun gun and ended the theatrics.
At Lake Health West Medical Center, it was determined without the slightest strain of surprise that the man was under the influence of drugs.
He’ll be arraigned in court March 27.
