Back in July, Lt. Michael Baker of the Cleveland Division of Police, crashed his car while drunk in Parma. He was later found guilty of the same (after pleading no contest to drinking drunk and not guilty to the hit-and-run), and then later broke his probation agreement.

On Friday, Baker was terminated from the department.
