Local housekeeper Cara Simmons showed up to work one day, only to find her duties were to taste test amazing food from chef Manny Slomovits, to get a message, and to try on some designer clothing. Oh, and that house she’s working? She owns it now, and there’s plenty of room for her and her three kids.

The video was part of Break.com‘s “Prank It FWD” series, and Simmons was nominated to be featured by her employer and sister for her dedication to her job and raising her three kids by herself. Break worked with the Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland to find a house that could be fixed up for her, Mashable reported.

Just watch the video and tell the people around that you aren’t tearing up, it’s just your allergies.
