Browns fever? Even the cops have it, as evidenced by this member of Berea’s finest working Browns training camp and sporting a set of brown and orange handcuffs. Of course, those would be more useful if he was working, say, Bengals training camp, but it’s nice to see the team spirit.

  7. How long did he follow the photographer until he finally took the photo, he may use those cuffs as nipple rings when he is off duty
