Rock N Barrel Rolls: Women in Aerobatics takes a look at wing-walking, loop-the-looping ladies. The exhibit features photos, memorabilia, and documents that chart the evolution of skirt-wearing daredevils over the past 100 years. The historical display includes info about sky-high pioneers like Ruth Law (who rolled her plane 16 times way back in 1915) and three-time U.S. National Aerobatics Champion Patty Wagstaff. A side exhibition, Nancy Lynn: Inspiration Was Her Mission, looks at a popular pilot who died at an air show last year. Its a somber reminder that its not all fun and games up there.
