David Mills found out today that the Supreme Court voted unanimously 9-0 for his client Michelle Ortiz, an Elyria woman who was sexually assaulted while imprisoned in Ohio.
The case is remarkable for a few reasons: Mills is one of the youngest not only to have argued a case in front of the Supreme Court, but to win one. He’s just 33 and opened his solo federal appeals practice in a spare room in his downtown apartment with his mother serving as his part-time paralegal.
According to the PD (where you can find more details on the case):
The justices unanimously agreed that a federal appeals court was wrong to throw out a $625,000 award to Michelle Ortiz. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati had “no warrant” to override the jury’s verdict.

Maybe we can get him to represent us taxpayers in Cleveland against the Trashcan Mayor and City Clowncil that continue to rape us all.
I am really getting sick of being fucked by them and never asked permission or even getting a kiss.
