Cuyahoga Community College just created what will probably be its most popular class.

“Brewing Craft Beer” will teach craft brewing basics, like homebrewing, bottling, and beer-making science. Students will also visit local breweries like Nano Brew and Market Garden to pick up some tricks of the trade from town experts.

Better yet, anyone can sign up for this class, which runs from March 18 to April 8 in the evenings.

Well, anyone over 21, that is.
