The local sporting press is really flexing its navel-gazing muscles with the return of an overworked thought process: Might LeBron James come home?
The Akron Beacon Journal reignited talk this week with a trade deadline article:
Executives and agents around the league are convinced the Cavaliers won’t do anything to jeopardize their ability to sign a free agent to a max contract during the summer of 2014, when LeBron James can again become a free agent. As fans in Northeast Ohio continue to howl and remain divided about the possibility of his return, more and more people around the league believe there is a strong possibility James will indeed return to Cleveland after next season.
Thoughts?
No thanks. Stay out of Cleveland. RT @wews: Report: Cavs may target LeBron James in 2014: 5.wews.com/gN0Pt.

There’s one take on the lastest round of LeBron-returning-to-Cleveland banter.
It all seems faintly familiar, as if this same story really does crop up every few months. But this time, they say, it’s for real. Kinda.

@ the Cavaliers…DO NOT BOTHER….
Just don’t do it…
It’s not worth the hassle and to have his crazy ass mom running around CleOh again….
HA!( Just DONT do it…) Irony of famous Nike slogan that Lebron gets so much money from!!!!!!
I’m funny like that….
That idiot is just pissed off that he was not the entire enchilada anymore once he left here and actually had to do some work against pros.
If I recall correctly, he cant even slam dunk anymore citing he is too old for that.
The Cav’s owners would be fools to take his sorry ass back.
The Cavs can do whatever the hell they want as far as I care. I lost interest in basketball once LeDouche left, and I honestly won’t care about it even if he came back. The damage he did has been done, and I will never again cheer for that asshole or applaud for him. If he did come back and win a title, that title will be tainted in my eyes because he essentially sold out the entire city to get the title. Worse yet, everyone will proclaim him the greatest hero ever, forgetting that most heroes don’t slit the throats of the people they proclaim to work for. You can call me proud or stubborn for saying that I would rather win 0 titles in basketball as long as LeDouche plays if that means he doesn’t come here, but at least in that situation I would still have my pride and i wouldn’t be a sell-out. If I was a sell-out, I would be no different than LeDouche, who sold out and backstabbed the city just so he could make his way back to “rescue” his “hometown” team and bring a title to the city. What a load of crap.
No no no no no no no no no and no again
tough row to how and if he comes back to Cle it’s just gonna get harder to keep fans for Cleveland Basketball, when the tribe lost in the World Series it was heartbreaking but the thing is it solidified the feelings that many of us had that we really love the Tribe…
the same cannot be said for the Cavs…Too dooshey especially when it comes to whats his butt…
Oh and still no…
Dear LeBron,
Please stay the **** away. Thanks.
Sincerely,
Cleveland
P.S. Thanks for nothing but empty promises. Cheers.
