Carl Monday dropped a vintage gem on Facebook today of the time back in 1984 when he had the audacity to ask then-City Council president George Forbes why he hadn’t paid his $400 or so water bill. Mini fireworks and some potty language ensued.

“One of these days you’re going to corner me and I’m going to kick your ass. Keep fucking with me.”
