Singer-guitarist Dave Grohl might hail from Warren, but Foo Fighters don’t often perform in Northeast Ohio.

Given the infrequency of the band’s appearances here, the group’s upcoming show at Blossom should draw a huge crowd.

The band just announced it will perform at the venue on July 25 as part of its Concrete and Gold tour that supports its ninth studio album.

Capital One cardholders will have access to an exclusive cardholder pre-sale that starts at 10 a.m. on Thursday and ends at 10 a.m. on Saturday.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 3.

Jeff has been covering the Cleveland music scene for more than 25 years now. On a regular basis, he tries to talk to whatever big acts are coming through town. And if you're in a local band that he needs to hear, email him at jniesel@clevescene.com.

  1. Great news that Foo Fighters are coming back to Northeast Ohio! This album is an awesome effort by the Foo. This is their first appearance at Blossom though. Every other album tour performance has been performed in downtown Cleveland (with the exception of their Niles, Ohio Record Store Performance.) Their last outdoor venue in the area was at Tower City Ampitheater. That was my first time seeing Foo and set the tone for all their other shows – they always ROCK!
