The makers of the new Pixar film Coco went to great lengths to ensure that the film, an account of one boy’s journey into the world of the dead, respectfully represents Mexican culture.

The film even held its premiere in Mexico City.

To connect with the local Spanish speaking audience, Tower City Cinemas has announced that it’ll begin screening the film in Spanish on Friday.

“Mexican culture is so integral to the story of COCO that we felt it was important to offer showings in Spanish,” says Jonathan Forman, president of Cleveland Cinemas, in a press release. “Cleveland has a large Spanish-speaking community and we hope that many families will enjoy seeing the film in their native tongue at Tower City Cinemas.”
