The move is just the latest in a rapid-fire release of expansion plans by the two-year-old brewery. Since opening its Ohio City taproom and brewery in 2017, Saucy’s ownership has revealed plans to build an impressive and stunning brewery and taproom in Independence, near the new Topgolf facility. A Columbus brewpub is also in the works. Located in the Harrison West neighborhood, the 3,000-square-foot property is on pace to open first or second quarter 2020. Saucy also operates a 1,500 square-foot beverage-only concession area in the Q.
