    We just want people to remember when they wrote a whole article about how the Cleveland Orchestra was racist for playing too many pieces from classical European composers rather than Africans.

    You are so laughable…it wasn’t just about the pieces, it was also about how homogeneous the Orchestra’s makeup is. Old white Canadian farts from the eastern suburbs want to hear the old European standards…like people of a certain age want to hear the Beatles and the Beach Boys and Hendrix and the Stones on FM radiio. Anyone who’s been here a while remembers that silly story. Bad example.

  11. Funny to me that a “Free” Newspaper completely reliant on Bar Advertisements was so vehemently against Renovations to The Q. The same renovations that will, even in the light of the Coronavirus, net Downtown Bars money to advertise and keep this rag afloat.

    Maybe Sam and Vinny were right, I’d go back and chance my vote to NO if it puts this propaganda pamphlet away forever.

    Dont forget what they did. The two of them have used their platform as scene writers to exploit racial issues in order to divide and scare the community. In doing so they lost readers and in turn advertisers left. Instead of adjusting their message, they proceeded with anti white propaganda saying we were all racists and bigots because our Orchestra plays too many pieces from european composers instead of africa, that there’s a kkk guy hiding in every community, and that protecting our borders is racist. They promote the wicked and ugly while avocation for children to join the gay lifestyle.

    Then they have the nerve to ask for money after they cost as all the other scene writers their jobs.
