It’s Friday, so we’ll allow these four daring and happy-go-lucky rangers from the Summit Metro Parks to promote getting outside and enjoying nature.

Stuff like this is easy to mock, but we’re impressed with the commitment and lip sync prowess displayed here, song choice notwithstanding. It’s not easy finding new and interesting ways to promote nature, so props to Director Lisa King and her staff for getting creative.

The Summit Metro Parks system is headquartered in Akron and includes 16 parks and more than 14,300 acres. They don’t have lakefront parks like the Cleveland Metroparks do, but they can sleep soundly in the dedication of their rangers.

Go for a hike!
