As the Fourth of July weekend is one of its busiest times of year, City Dogs Cleveland is now offering a special adoption deal of $21. The promotion runs through Sunday, July 8. While walkins are fine, the City of Cleveland Animal Care & Control prefers that potential owners set up appointments ahead of time.
