Beginning Friday, March 16, the city of Cleveland Division of Animal Control is slashing dog adoption fees in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. Dubbed a St. “Pawtrick’s” Day celebration, the fees fall from $61 to $21. The offer runs through Sunday, and about 100 dogs are looking for new homes.
