“This calls into question whether Mr. Rubin has used his position as the board director of JobsOhio to create a fund for the benefit of his firm’s lobbying client, AEP,” the complaint filed last week by Democratic Ohio attorney general candidate John Kulewicz says.
“Whenever you’re providing opportunity for the marginalized or left out, there will always be some level of pushback,” the chairman of the collaborative’s board said.
“I can’t think of a worse use of public funds than to incentivize data centers. They are associated with very few permanent jobs and high external costs.”
“For years, Live Nation has made enormous profits by exploiting its illegal monopoly and raising costs for shows,” New York Attorney General Letitia James said in a written statement.
