The weather getting chillier and the leaves changing shades means more than just apple picking and football season here in Cleveland. It also means it's time for clambakes, where (usually) you get a dozen clams with drawn butter and clam broth, clam chowder (New England, of course), a half chicken, some bread and butter, corn, and potatoes.
