Here’s another opportunity to catch a performance of NEOSonicFest, the new music festival of contemporary classical works presented by the Grammy Award-winning Cleveland Chamber Symphony. The festival features six performances in various venues around Cleveland. You may have seen tonight’s performers, Ensemble HD, at Happy Dog in the past few years. This evening, they’ll perform an incredible program featuring works by Kaija Saariaho, Toru Takemitsu, David Lang and Luciano Berio. The show will also feature work by George Crumb featuring Verb Ballets. Don’t miss this powerhouse of contemporary music tonight at 7:30 at CWRU’s Harkness Chapel. Admission is free, but a $10 donation is suggested. (Gonzalez)
