Cleveland Restaurant Week, an annual promotion offered at member restaurants of Cleveland Independents, kicks off this week. From November 1 through 13, participating restaurants across Northeast Ohio will offer special three-course prix fixe menus for just $36 – a price that has barely budged in years. The event has always offered diners a low-cost way to sample new eateries while supporting longtime favorites. Many offer those very same deals this for carry-out.
