Andrew Zimmern, host of the Travel Channel’s hit series Bizarre Foods, is known for trying anything (seriously, anything) at least once. From Alaskan sea cucumbers to sautéed tarantulas, he has traveled the globe in search of exotic foods.

But even a cultured food enthusiast like Zimmern knows Cleveland does mustard the best. As seen in a Tweet last week:

This tasty topping is even available through Zimmern’s website, where he sells his favorite food items from around the world.

Clevelanders have, of course, long known the wonders of Cleveland’s Authentic Stadium Mustard slathering it on top of hot dogs at Progressive Field and burgers at summer cookouts. One man even chugged an entire bottle in the comfort of his own home and shared it on YouTube.

  1. Everyone knows that you can’t put Stadium Mustard on a hot dog at the Jake, they are exclusively a Bertman’s Ballpark Mustard vendor.

  2. Was just going to type something similar myself. Don’t mind Julie, she probably puts ketchup on her hot dogs.

  3. Ballpark and Stadium Mustards are made by the same vendor in Illinois! Exactly the same product now. But Bertmanns was the original mustard and an ex employee made a almost exact mustard and patented the name “Stadium Mustard”, something the Bertmann Family should have done

  4. The Davis Food Company v Bertman Foods Company “Cleveland Mustard Feud” would make an interesting ESPN 30 for 30 Shorts.
