The new location allowed the restaurant to expand and add a full bar, tables and new menu items. Known for its hand-tossed, scratch-made pizza, Crust has landed on the Daily Meal list of “The Best Pizza in Every State,” a Food Network compilation of the “Best Pizzas in America’s Biggest Cities” and other “best of” lists since the expansion.
Now, it has just introduced a special late-night happy hour that takes place from 10 p.m. to midnight on Tuesdays through Saturdays.
“After a year at the Professor Avenue address, it’s clear the community is really embracing the changes,” says owner Michael Griffin in a press release announcing the reverse happy hour. “We’ve been listening to patrons, and they’re receptive to more. There’s no doubt in my mind that a $3 draft beer, $3 monster pizza slice or 50 cent wings can be a welcomed end to a big day at the office or a big night out on the town.”
Six dollar cocktails and $5 glasses of wine round out the weekend and late-night happy hour specials, and the place still offers happy hour from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
The restaurant is also now open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays, and it has created patio seating on the sidewalk frontage near the street.
“[On Sundays,] you can watch a Browns game or complete the New York Times crossword you picked up from our second floor neighbor, Visible Voice Books,” says Griffin. “Or [you can] just enjoy doing a lot of nothing. It’s perfect weather to grab an outside table with a view of the neighborhood, settle in with friends and a slice and postpone all thoughts of Monday.”

This is awesome. Great to see. Remember when Lolita had a late night happy hour? That was awesome. Now Tremont has a dilapidated storefront with a phony coming soon sign instead.
