Ah, spring. The Tribe home opener, Cleveland International Film Fest, and the annual return of DYNOMITE burgers to the U.S. Bank Plaza in Playhouse Square.

As of this week, the casual outdoor burger venue is open, so grab your down parka, cashmere scarves and knee-high galoshes and head on down.

Popular burgers at the Zack Bruell-operated eatery include the Parallax, topped with white cheddar cheese, red onion, bacon, and barbecue mayo, the L’Albatros with caramelized onions, peppers, swiss cheese and béarnaise mayo, and the Cowell & Hubbard, capped with fontina, caramelized onions, smoked paprika m and sherry vinegar.

Non-burger items include a chili dog, chicken sandwich, fish sandwich and vegan burger. Sides chili, fries, and chili fries.

For warmth, tack on orders of wine, beer and craft cocktails.

  1. They are better than Shake Shack but I wish they would improve their service. They should look out into the line and maybe putting some burgers on the grill based on seeing how many people are waiting rather than waiting to throw them on the grill until you actually order. This would cut the wait time down considerably and people would not have to settle for a raw burger as they rush to get orders out. Get involved Zach and teach them how its done.
