Forget about buzzards: For me, the most eagerly awaited sign of spring is the one that says “Open” outside Rosati’s Frozen Custard (95 E. Aurora Rd., 330-908-0889) in Northfield Center.
According to owner Jim Rosati, that sign goes up on March 15 this year – a full month earlier than usual. Of course, the fact that he had to shovel snow out of the driveway to move in his equipment didn’t escape his attention. …
