The operation was a boon for the 2,400 employees who work in the building, but also for many other downtown diners who enjoyed the range of quick, but high-quality options the casual restaurant provided.
Options included soup, salad, made to order sandwiches, sushi, noodle station, braised dishes and fresh-baked pizzas.
No word yet on how the new management will affect the operation.
Zack Bruell, who also operates Alley Cat, Parallax, L’Albatros, Table 45, Chinato, Cowell & Hubbard and Dynomite, was unavailable for comment.
