Confectioner and confessed chocolate addict Joel Fink whips up some of the most indulgent sweets in town — chocolate drizzled popcorn, pretzels, and potato chips among them. But while you can certainly snag a giant heart-shaped box of premium chocolates here, the shop’s true tour de coeur may well be Fink’s 25 or so varieties of dark-chocolate barks, studded with everything from coffee beans and cayenne pepper to cranberries and cashews. (A perfect balance of creamy and chewy, the cranberry-apricot combo is our current fave.) …
