There are a million National Whatever Days, those largely dumb and useless proclamations that you should eat cereal or mustard or shrimp egg rolls on a certain day. Besides being fodder for local TV stations’ social media feeds, they are, again, incredibly dumb. There’s really no upside to “participating,” whatever participating looks like. (Cool, I just ate pizza on National Pizza Day! I liked a tweet about it!)
Ninja City obviously feels the same way because National Bao Day is Sunday and they’re celebrating with a reason for you to celebrate this random date on the calendar by offering an unlimited steam bun buffet for $20 not just on Sunday but Monday too.
The “dreamy spread of unlimited Steam Buns” includes proteins, toppings and fixings. It’s a dine-in only deal, as you might imagine, but if you’re bored and hungry and have a two tenners burning a hole in your pocket, this isn’t the worst way to get your calories in.
