After a few weeks of soft-open affairs, Sawyer’s at Van Aken will officially open its doors for business this coming Wednesday, Nov. 20.

Sawyer’s will be open Wednesday and Thursday 5 to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 5 to 9 p.m.
