Todd Leebow of The Last Page restaurant at Pinecrest is taking his talents to Bath. Leebow, along with partner Jon Gross and chef Brad Race, is opening 1818 American Grille. The “all-American grille” concept is going into former Corner Provisions space at 1070 Ghent Rd.

“We wanted to create a concept that feels timeless – something guests can come back to again and again,” Leebow says. “1818 is our take on the modern American Grille, where quality, consistency, and experience come together.”

Chef Brad Race is developing a menu rooted in American classics, one that will be structured around a wood-fire grill. Everything from steaks to seafood to seasonal vegetables will be cooked over live fire, boosting their flavors.

“Great food doesn’t need to be complicated, it just needs to be done exceptionally well,” says Race. “The wood-fire element adds a layer of flavor that really sets the tone for the entire menu.”

The plan is to open the Grille Room first in early summer and the main dining room and patio to follow in mid-summer. The Grille Room is located in the kitchen and will offer an intimate dining experience.
