Written and directed by Brent Gorcie, the lead singer of the local rock band Dark Water Rebellion, the experimental TV series Burnt centers on a couple of hitman who travel from the UK to Cleveland on vacation. They wind up making a career change in the process.

Gorcie is in the process of casting the series, and he’ll hold auditions at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, at the Beachland Ballroom. The auditions will close at 3 p.m. that day.

He asks that participants prepare a 30-second monologue in a similar theme of the characters. They should also bring a headshot and resume to the casting. Submissions can also be emailed to the casting department at BURNTcleveland@gmail.com.
