[image-1]Look for the film crew and the aforementioned star to begin working around Cleveland for “Wake” as early as next week.

Original story published Jan. 2:

Bruce Willis will star as a sociopath incapable of feeling fear in “Wake” a thriller set to begin filming in Cleveland in February.

WKYC posted a casting call for “experienced” stunt actors aged 25 and older, and said that the shooting of “Wake” would take place entirely in Cleveland, from February to April.

There’s already a handful of obscure or forgettable films called “Wake” on IMDb, but industry experts (at the Hollywood Reporter) say this Willis vehicle could have “franchise potential.” Local news outlets have described it as both a “sociopathic thriller” and an “independent film.”

There have been multiple directors attached to the production, but right now it looks like John Pogue, who directed 2014’s The Quiet Ones, will be calling the shots.

To the right is a picture of Bruce Willis incapable of feeling fear.
