Joss Stone, who now resides in Nashville, had a six-piece band backing her and two singers off to her right for the duration of her stop at Cain Park Tuesday night.
The opening act was Stephen Wilson, Jr. who hails from Southern Indiana. (If I had to pigeonhole him into a genre, it would be “Mumblecore Springsteen,” echoing The Boss from the Nebraska or even The Ghost of Tom Joad era.)
Stone brought an impeccable performance and a million-watt smile for her fans. Everyone, including Stone, was clearly having fun.
