If you haven’t heard them yet, know that Canton’s Lovedrug rules. They’re good guys, and the music’s midway between Bends-era Radiohead and non-sucky emo. Check out this week’s Scene for a review of their new disc, Everything Starts Where It Ends. You can see the band at their CD release party this Saturday, March 2 at Akron’s Lime Spider (207 S. Main St.). The set will be an acoustic storytellers show. Fans who buy Lovedrug’s new Everything Starts Where It Ends will receive a free copy of the Everything Starts… Tour Bootleg EP. The show will also featuring Goodmorning Valentine’s Joey Beltram, who’s a tremendous singer-songwriter. — D.X. Ferris
