The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum has just announced that the pop/soul duo Daryl Hall and John Oates — slated to be inducted into the Rock and Hall of Fame and Museum in April — will swing into town to play the 11th annual It’s Only Rock and Roll Spring Benefit on at 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 10 at Public Hall. Reserved balcony seats will set you back $20 to $25; they go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 28. Beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26, museum members will have first access to purchase tickets prior to the general public. That access will expire at 10 p.m. on Thursday, February 27. Ticket sales benefit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum’s educational programs.

  1. Hall & Oates apparently signed onto this special event pretty recently, since it is not listed as a tour stop on their official website – they play Indy on the 8th and travel to Cincy on the 11th.
