Jacobs Pavilion hosted a night of metal on Saturday night, anchored by Killswitch Engage. Storms threatened the evening as dark clouds rolled in just as the doors opened at 5:30. However, the rain didn’t commence until well in the headliner’s 9:30 start.
Judiciary started off the evening with 25 minute set of screeching vocal prowess. After a short stage reset, the tongue-twisting Rivers of Nihil (get it?) took the stage.
Then, Machine Head played a fifty-minute set, paving the way for Killswitch Engage to play until roughly 10:45, finishing up on a stormy late summer night and closing out the last weekend of Summer 2026.
