The Rock Hall just announced its class of 2025 on American Idol, and the list includes Bad Company, Chubby Checker, Joe Cocker, Cyndi Lauper, Outkast, Soundgarden and the White Stripes. Many of the Inductees have been eligible for years.

Hip-hop act Salt-N-Pepa and singer-songwriter Warren Zevon will be recognized with the Musical Influence Award. Thom Bell, Nicky Hopkins and Carol Kaye will be honored for Musical Excellence, and producer and record executive Lenny Waronker (Randy Newman, Rickie Lee Jones, James Taylor) will receive the Ahmet Ertegun Award.

The induction ceremony takes place on Nov. 8 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. It’ll air live on Disney+ and arrives on Hulu the next day. A condensed version will air on ABC at a yet-to-be-announced date.

The jam band Phish is noticeably absent from the list of inductees. It received the most fan votes but didn’t get the nod from voting members. The Black Crowes, Billy Idol, Maná, Mariah Carey, Oasis and Joy Division/New Order were also nominated but not inducted.
