Earlier today, singer-guitarist Todd Rundgren announced he’ll embark on a jaunt he’s calling the Individualist, a True Star tour. It celebrates his fourth studio album, 1973’s A Wizard, A True Star, and each night on the tour, he’ll perform a full side of the album plus a set of other career-spanning hits.
