Before her concert at the Q last night, Lady Gaga wrote a song.
A couple hours before showtime, she tweeted: “Emerging from studio coma. Voted no visit to RockNRoll Hall of Fame, rather write a hit that puts me in it.”
During the show, she told the sold-out audience, “I wrote a No. 1 record in Cleveland.”
We’re not exactly sure where she was finding inspiration yesterday afternoon. We walked around downtown for nearly three hours before finally returning to the office to watch videos of cats riding turtles. We didn’t see anything going on, unless the guys on East 4th Street still talking about LeBron or the bum who asked me for change count.
Whatever the song is about, we hope the video will feature Gaga wearing a pantsuit made out of pierogi and bottle caps from Great Lake Brewing’s Dortmunder Gold. Either that or she’s fellating a priest. We’d be cool with ether. —Michael Gallucci (follow me on Twitter @mgallucci)
