In this week’s edition of Abandoned Ohio, we take a peek at the crumbling structures that once were Ohio’s finer churches and hospitals.

Through the work of two local photographers, Jeffery R. Stroup from Great Lakes Urban Exploration and Johnny Joo, we explore Cleveland’s St. Luke’s Hospital, Masonic Temple, East 55th Street Clinic, St. Joseph Byzantine Church, and Youngstown’s Lincoln Behavioral Medical Center.

Of the photographed buildings, St. Joseph’s, the Masonic Temple, and Lincoln Medical Center are still standing as is.

The East 55th Street Clinic has been demolished. St. Luke’s is restored and is no longer abandoned.
