Clevelanders should be thankful that Madeira, Ohio, is far away because that is where Brian Luedeker lives and he likes to uncoil his hose outdoors.
Neighbors were startled last Wednesday when they discovered the 37-year-old in a neighbor's yard pleasuring himself while wearing only a black thong. Apparently residents of Madeira frown upon a man taking his talents to South Beach while standing outside in female undergarments.
Luedeker was arrested for Voyeurism, Public Indecency and Criminal Trespassing.
Residents think the police are taking this too lightly however, the issue of Luedeker trimming the bark from his tree trunk where anyone could see him. Fox 19 reports:
Haley Abner lives right across the street from Luedeker and says she's frustrated by how lightly the Madeira Police Department continues to handle the incident."Well it's not funny when a man is walking around masturbating in front of other people's windows when I have four kids," said Abner. "I do not find it amusing or funny at all. Period."
Police say they don't think the incident is funny.
"Obviously, he faces some pretty serious charges," said Gary Jamison with Madeira Police.
