One of the most articulate and eloquent First Ladies the country has ever had, Michelle Obama embarked on an arena tour earlier this year in support of her new book, Becoming: An Intimate Conversation with Michelle Obama. Now, she’s added a slew of dates for a 2019 tour.

She comes to the State Theatre on Saturday, March 16. The appearance will feature a to-be-announced moderator.

The tour’s promoter, Live Nation, has taken steps to limit ticket scalpers. The North American events will utilize Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan platform, and fans can register now for the Verified Fan presale. Registered fans who receive a code will have access to purchase tickets before the general public can.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15. A limited number of VIP meet and greet packages will also be available.
