The front page of today’s Plain Dealer is garnering near-universal praise across the journalism world, Cleveland, Twitter, and possibly all the way out on Pluto— not sure about that last one, we’ll check in with Dennis Kucinich and see what he’s hearing.

From the nice little dig at LeBron (Seven years, no rings — nice) to the minimalist design, it’s by far the most unique front page featuring LeBron today, and some are even calling it one of the best of all time.

What do you think?

  1. Lebron does not yet realize what he has done to his legacy by leaving his hometown, especially in the manner in which he did it. A real King would never leave his land to team up with two princes’. He would continue to fight hard in war with the pieces he had. He took a huge step down from the throne of the “Lebron” brand by not letting soldiers come to him.

  2. You guys are pathetic. So a professional athlete decides to leave – is that what defines Cleveland? Apparently so, and that fact, along with the selfish unwillingness to allow him the freedom to seek opportunities elsewhere, highlights how culturally and economically destitute Ohio has become. Grow up, Ohio – he doesn’t owe you anything.
