Rover Indicted on 13 Charges Relating to July 4 Whiskey Island Arrest

Shane French - "Rover," to WMMS devotees - was indicted today on 13 charges that relate back to alleged disorderly conduct July 4 out on Whiskey Island. Charges include inducing panic, assault, resisting arrest, vandalism, criminal damaging and more.

Rumors flew in all directions following the arrest. A police source told Scene at the time that Rover was "hammered" as he set off fireworks around 3:30 a.m.

Regarding details of the incident, Rover's been fairly quiet on this morning show on WMMS.

He'll be in court Oct. 16.
