Standing at 61 feet tall and 68 feet wide, Mama Duck, as she’s known, is about the height of a six story building. Unfortunately, the world-traveling rubber bird is not available for rides, but you can catch her from afar each day of the event from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Festival of Sail in Sandusky begins today and runs until Sunday, offering the perfect chance to see and step aboard some of the oldest, grandest ships ever to navigate the waves of Lake Erie.
