Phil Davison, a GOP candidate for Treasurer in Stark County, goes on an absolutely hellbent rant in this video. His speech, which will either convince Stark County residents to vote for him in some future election or commit him, is simply intense. You would think he’s talking about national security or something, but no, he’s just talking about the Stark County Treasurer’s office, and that, my friends, is serious stuff to Phil Davison.

Poor Phil lost the vote, by the way, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy his batshit crazy performance.

It’s hard to pick the best part of this epic rant. The pacing? The wide eyes? When he says he won’t apologize for his tone? When he screams his credentials?

Incidentally, I’d love to watch him order breakfast.

  1. Too bad he lost. I’d have liked to hear his acceptance speech. By the way, any school that would give this hot mess a Masters in Communication should be closed down.
